According to RTI Infokom, the transaction volume were about 3.76 billion shares worth around 3.22 trillion rupiah.
Moreover, as many as 171 stocks were down, 115 were up and 120 were unchanged.
The index of 45 most liquid stocks (LQ45) dropped by 10.731 points (1.092 percent) to 972.333 at the end of the first session.
The top losers were PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL), PT Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk (BTEK), PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF), PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) and PT Global Mediacom Tbk (BMTR).
The top gainers were PT Malacc Trust Wuwungun Insurance Tbk (MTWL), PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL), PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk (INKP), PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK), PT Express Transindo Utama Tbk (TAXI).
